Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Most orders show tracking updates within 1-3 business days of shipping.

Can't find your tracking email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Civilytix.
• If you created an account, sign in and open Orders to see your order status.
• Still stuck? Email harshit.sharma@civilytix.com with your order number and we'll send you the latest update.

If your tracking hasn't updated for 15 business days, let us know and we'll reship or refund your order.
